We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead Manager to join our real estate acquisition team. As the first point of contact for potential sellers, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communications across various lead stages.

Your primary role will be to listen attentively to sellers, understand their needs, and honestly and genuinely explain how our company can provide a solution. You will be tasked with extracting all necessary information to enable our team to analyze potential deals effectively.

Working closely with the marketing department to handle incoming leads and receiving ongoing support from our Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in converting marketing efforts into successful acquisition opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is eager to grow, constantly seeks challenges, and thrives in a structured environment. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a knack for gathering key information are essential.
