Linkedin Outreach Specialist for Personalized Communication

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone with strong written English skills to assist with customized message writing and outreach on LinkedIn. This role involves manual, personalized communication, not automated templates or mass messaging. Responsibilities: Writing fully customized messages for LinkedIn outreach, adapted to each recipient. Searching for specific profiles based on defined criteria (industry, job role, seniority, location, etc.). Identifying individuals in selected geographic regions and initiating contact. Sending outreach messages on behalf of the project lead or company representative. Offering meetings, calls, or follow-up conversations in a professional tone. Adjusting tone and format for different types of recipients. Keeping track of communication history and follow-up messages. Ensuring friendly, polished, and professional English communication. Occasionally drafting longer replies or clarifications when recipients respond. Requirements: Strong written English (near-native or fluent level). Attention to detail and ability to personalize each message. Understanding of LinkedIn networking etiquette and professionalism. Experience in outreach, sales, BD, recruitment, or community building is a plus. Ability to work independently and follow guidelines. Reliability and punctuality.
Pay rate up to $10 usd/hour.
