Looking for beginner-level developers or students

As a software engineer, I am looking for some candidates who can work with me.
Some beginner-level developers or university students might be okay.
*Appropriate age range: 27-38 years old*
*location: USA(preferred), All European countries*
*Candidates must be reliable and passionate*
They don't need to have experience in software development, I can mentor them as a tech lead.
The candidates need to have old LinkedIn accounts (created more than 3 years ago / the older, the better), cuz I am gonna work with them and get the projects/tasks on LinkedIn.
