Scope:

•Define strategy for market research
•Build marketing research instruments (surveys, script and material) for market research activities (surveys via cold calls, focus groups, interviews)
•Obtain critical "pain points" and needs from target audience using marketing research tools and instruments
•Market segmentation
•Customer segmentation
•Build customer persona

Target Audience: Field service companies (electrical contractors, hvac, bms) (small and medium size) in austria.

Goals:

•Obtain target audience information to define: common tasks, problem solutions and happiness creators
•Build customer persona based on market and customer segmentation
•Pick critical features to develop an MVP for launch in 2020 (digital product)

Deliverables:

•Detailed information about the case study
•Design and approval of tools and instruments (filters, interview guide and observation, moderation guide, questionnaire)
•Report with results and analysis of the study including a power point presentation to deliver after interviews, cold calls and focus groups are finalized
•Verbal presentation of results for the final report
•Support via video call during market research activities such as focus groups.
