We run a Google Ads agency and we serve local service businesses in the US. We are expanding into Meta Ads and are looking for a specialist to manage and own campaigns for our clients on a per-account basis, with the potential for an ongoing role as we scale.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are only looking for someone who has already done this and has positive results to use as proof.

local service businesses in the us, primarily in these verticals: auto detailing / automotive services, roofing, remodeling, general home services (hvac, plumbing, landscaping, etc.)

what we are looking for

we are looking for an individual that has produced tangible results for local service businesses in the us through meta ads.

Specifically:
• You can show proof of results for 2-3 service businesses in the us, including: cpl, lead volume, account structure, creative approach, return on ad spend.
• You have a clear, repeatable A-Z process for launching and managing campaigns for local service businesses.
• You know when to use instant lead forms vs. Landing pages, ABO vs. CBO, statics vs. Video, etc.
• You have a creative strategy.
• You know how to handle an account from $100/day to $500/day+.

how this role works

we are starting with one to two trial accounts. You will be paid per account managed. If results are strong and we are a good fit, we would be happy to offer an ongoing position as we bring more clients onto Meta.

We will not micromanage but we do expect results, ownership, and complete transparency when things are not working.
