I need a web developer who can develop a mobile and desktop friendly web application. Django backend is already existing with database with rest api. What I need is the frontend side that can use this backend and can display well not just in desktop but also in mobile / tablet devices.
ReactJS actually has been started but needs to be finished. I'm also open to Bootstrap developers.
