Our company currently uses multiple workspaces on Monday.com to manage leads, school set-ups, onboarding, event planning, and marketing. While the platform has served its purpose well, the current structure has grown organically, resulting in fragmented boards, overlapping tasks, and limited cross-functional visibility. The North America team has adopted Monday CRM, offering a more robust and scalable environment. Migrating to their account allows us to align with global operations while using the transition as a catalyst to: Simplify and consolidate boards Establish standardised folders and templates Implement automation to reduce manual workload Improve visibility and accountability across departments Integrate CRM-style tools for franchisee and lead management Enable data centralisation for better reporting and decision-making This project is an essential step in improving operational efficiency, ensuring scalability as the region grows, and aligning more closely with global systems and processes.
