We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team for ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, possessing strong organizational and communication skills to manage various administrative and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Following up with leads and actively supporting client conversion processes.
*  Assisting with client onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
*  Managing scheduling, appointments, and general coordination tasks.
*  Providing support for recruiting efforts.
*  Maintaining daily communication with the team and providing regular updates on progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*  Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
*  Demonstrated strong communication and customer service abilities.
*  Highly organized, dependable, and meticulous with details.
*  Capable of working independently and adapting quickly to new tasks and systems.
*  Comfortable with using monitoring software during work hours.

Work Schedule:
*  Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
*  friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
*  saturday: off
*  jewish holidays observed.
*  Occasional overtime may be required.

Tools:
Familiarity with common communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp is expected. The role requires comfort with using monitoring software during work hours.
