We are a small Design Studio specializing in Packaging (no inventory or trade operations). We are looking for a systems professional experienced in Odoo software (Online version) to lead the implementation and configuration of several essential applications for our design agency. The primary focus will be on the Finance, Sales, CRM, Projects, Timesheets, Social Marketing, Dashboards, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation modules. The professional's role will be twofold: advisory, guiding our team on usage, priorities, and Odoo configuration best practices; and primarily operational, performing the necessary configurations to adapt the software to our specific needs. We value a professional who is deeply familiar with Odoo, organized, methodical, and has excellent communication skills to explain processes and features. It is essential that you are willing to actively collaborate in the training of future users and system administrators, ensuring complete follow-up from start to finish without leaving any loose ends. Although the focus is not development, experience with Odoo programming and development will be a significant advantage for resolving potential bugs or technical challenges. Currently, the main integration is with Gmail, but we plan future integrations between Odoo and our website to create a Client Portal.
