We are seeking a highly skilled and personable IT Support Technician for onsite assistance at our Alcobendas office. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of providing both Level 1 and Level 2 support in flawless English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for user tickets, handling a range of responsibilities from basic troubleshooting and software installations to account creation. Additionally, the role involves more advanced tasks such as network configuration, server maintenance, and scheduled software updates.

Our IT environment is diverse, encompassing Windows 10/11 laptops, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure services, alongside a substantial fleet of Macs, iPhones, iPads, iTunes deployments, and JAMF management. The technician will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of everyday peripherals, including printers, scanners, and dock stations.

Given the onsite nature of this position, punctuality and a friendly, professional desk-side manner are crucial, complementing strong technical skills. The successful candidate will communicate clearly with local staff, efficiently resolve tickets using our help-desk tool, meticulously document fixes for future reference, and escalate issues only when absolutely necessary.

We require availability one day per week (preferably Monday or Tuesday, otherwise Thursday) from 9 am to 4 pm.
