Candidates must be based in Mexico and comfortable working full-time in the Central Time Zone (CST). Occasional travel to León, Guanajuato will be required, and a valid U.S. Visa is necessary.

As our Operations & Systems Specialist, you’ll oversee the digital infrastructure and operational systems that keep our business running smoothly. You'll improve and maintain integrations across platforms (Amazon, Shopify, AdvancePro), optimize our inventory systems, support B2B workflows, and help us build tools and automations to increase efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, implementing processes, and keeping systems clean, connected, and scalable.

Please Note: We are hiring for a full-time position with long-term potential. This is not a one-time freelance project — we’re looking for someone to become a core part of our team. Our budget for this full-time role is approximately $8–$12 USD per hour, depending on experience and skills. We welcome candidates to share their expected rates when applying.
