Rhino Greenhouses are looking for a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the first friendly voice our customers hear, the expert hand guiding them through their greenhouse journey, and the reassuring support once their Rhino greenhouse is standing proudly in the garden.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
•    Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
•    Address and resolve inquiries related to products, orders, shipping, and returns.
•    Offer knowledgeable guidance to customers regarding product features, usage, and benefits.
•    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, always with warmth, professionalism, and a sprinkling of Rhino charm.
2. Telemarketing & Sales:
•    Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to generate leads, promote products, and convert inquiries into sales.
•    Engage with warm leads and follow up on previous marketing campaigns to close sales.
•    Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and track all interactions.
•    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
•    Use persuasive communication skills to highlight the value of products and services to prospective customers.
3. Sales Order Intake:
•    Accurately take and process customer orders over the phone, ensuring correct product selection and order details, and submit them to the appropriate department for fulfilment.
•    Ensure customers receive order confirmations and follow up on any missing or incomplete information.
•    Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns according to company policy.
4. After-Sales Support:
•    Follow up with customers after product purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage product advocacy.
•    Assist with product issues and warranty claims as required, looping in colleagues and suppliers where needed.
•    Provide detailed product information, usage tips, and troubleshooting assistance to enhance the customer experience.
•    Coordinate with the shipping department for tracking and delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution.
5. CRM & Record-Keeping:
•    Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and follow-ups in the company's CRM software.
6. Collaboration:
•    Share knowledge and know-how with colleagues, helping the team grow stronger together.
7. Measures of Success:
•    Customers singing our praises, with satisfaction and positive feedback front and centre.
•    Sales orders and after-sales cases handled swiftly and accurately.
•    Strong teamwork and smooth collaboration across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively.
•    Strong phone etiquette and the ability to manage high volumes of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
•    Comfortable working remotely and independently with strong time management skills.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs while handling multiple phone lines.
•    Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions and delivering a positive customer experience.
•    Ability to handle difficult customers and turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
•    Experience with physical products and a basic understanding of product fulfilment processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Language: Fluent, near-native English mandatory.
•    Experience in remote work and working with virtual teams.
•    Experience in a similar industry (e.g., Retail, e-commerce, physical product sales).

Working Hours:
•    40 hours a week, Tuesday to Saturday, aligned with USA Central Standard Time zone working hours.
•    Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs on rare occasions.

Compensation:
•    Competitive salary $1,600/Month Base Pay + Commission/Bonus based on sales performance.
