Outbound Caller for B2b Appointment Setting with Us Contractors

We are a small us software company seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to conduct outbound calls to a provided list of us electrical, hvac, and plumbing contractors. The primary goal is to book 15-minute introductory calls for our team.

This role focuses purely on lead generation and appointment setting; there is no selling or closing involved. You will follow a one-question script, and if the response is promising, you will book the call. If not, you will capture their email address as a valuable outcome.

Project Details:
- Initial Paid Trial: 12 hours of dialing, approximately 350 attempts. Compensation is provided regardless of appointments booked during this phase.
- Ongoing Work: If the trial is successful, this will transition into an ongoing hourly position of 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Compensation: A modest hourly rate will be provided, supplemented by significant bonuses:
  - USD 15 for every appointment booked with a qualified lead.
  - An additional USD 10 when the booked person attends the scheduled call.
  - Qualification rules will be provided in writing before your first call.

Responsibilities:
- Make calls from the provided list between 9 am and 5 pm us eastern time.
- Adhere strictly to a one-question script, for which training and call recordings will be provided.
- Accurately log every attempt, including who answered, their response, captured email, and whether an appointment was booked.
- Obtain email addresses for contacts who do not book an appointment; this is considered a successful result.
- All dialing must be manual; no autodialers, power dialers, or prerecorded messages are permitted due to US legal requirements.

We will provide all necessary tools: the contact list, a dialer, the script, answers to common objections, and access to your own booking calendar. You will not need any personal tools or software.

Required Skills and Environment:
- Neutral, fluent spoken English is essential. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and effectively without needing to repeat themselves.
- A quiet working environment, a reliable headset, and stable internet connectivity are mandatory.
- Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm us eastern time.
- Acknowledge that many calls will not be answered, and a quick 'no' is an acceptable outcome.

2. A precise reading of the following script: 'Hey, I saw you recently launched your business. I just wanted to ask if you've picked what you'll be using to track your customers.'
3. Your response as if a stranger said 'Not interested' to you on a call.

Proposals without a voice recording or generic bids will not be considered.
