We are seeking a highly motivated and organized part-time assistant based in Malaysia to support the expansion of an HR business into the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in various aspects of our business development and operational setup, working closely with a Polish businessman.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies to build our brand presence, engage with the target audience, and attract potential clients and talent through various social media platforms.
*  Document Assistance: Provide administrative support in preparing, organizing, and processing necessary  documents for business operations and personnel in Malaysia.
*  Recruitment and Outreach: Actively approach and engage with individuals for on-field business opening roles, including talent scouting, initial contact, and coordination of hiring processes.
*  General Business Opening Support: Assist with various administrative and logistical tasks required for establishing new business operations in the region.

Requirements:

*  Must be based in Malaysia with a strong understanding of the local business environment and cultural nuances.
*  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
*  Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
*  Availability for part-time work, with an immediate start preferred.
