We are seeking a Part-Time Estimator & Operations Coordinator to partner with a growing commercial construction company specializing in drywall, metal stud framing, and interior finishing. This remote role, based in Latin America, involves working directly with the business owner and combines construction estimating, project coordination, and administrative support for approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm pacific time.Key Responsibilities: Review plans, blueprints, specifications, dimensions, and scope to prepare accurate estimates. Perform detailed material takeoffs and prepare material lists. Utilize estimating software to organize labor, materials, quantities, and pricing. Prepare and submit bids and proposals to general contractors and clients. Communicate effectively with clients and general contractors regarding bids, questions, and follow-ups. Track bids, proposal status, and project opportunities. Maintain comprehensive project files and documentation. Support invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up. Coordinate priorities and tasks with the business owner. Assist with various project and administrative tasks as needed.Requirements for this role include professional experience estimating drywall, metal stud framing, interior finishing, or related commercial construction. Candidates must have the ability to read architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications, along with experience using construction estimating software and general office tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and time management are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Preferred qualifications include commercial construction experience working with general contractors, knowledge of drywall, metal framing, and finishing workflows, and experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, or project documentation. Experience supporting business owners or leadership teams is also a plus.
