Part-time Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator for E-commerce Business in São Paulo

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to support a new business focused on importing products from the U.S. And Europe into Brazil. This role is based in São Paulo and requires the ability to visit warehouse or fulfillment locations in person when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming inventory at our warehouse or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partner.
- Conduct thorough checks of products and serial numbers to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain precise inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Prepare and track customer orders efficiently.
- Arrange and oversee deliveries through local services such as Loggi, Lalamove, and Correios.
- Handle returns and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
- Ensure all order and inventory information is meticulously organized and accessible.

Requirements:
- Must be based in Greater São Paulo, Brazil.
- Ability to travel to warehouse/fulfillment locations as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
- Familiarity with marketplaces like Shopify and Mercado Livre.
- Experience with ERP systems or 3PL operations.
- English language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
