We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Recruitment Specialist to join our team and drive the expansion of our 'Profile Shop' sales network. The primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard new sales partners who can effectively promote and sell our services. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of sales processes and partner relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for identifying potential sales partners. Conduct outreach and presentations to prospective partners. Negotiate partnership agreements and terms. Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with necessary tools and information. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align partner recruitment with overall business objectives. Monitor and report on recruitment progress and partner performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, business development, or partner management, preferably within a sales-driven environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
