Position: Phone Sales Representative
Location: Remote (Open to Latin American candidates)
Hours: 40 hours/week, 9AM–6PM EST
Compensation: $10/hour + monthly commissions
Key Responsibilities
📞 Welcome new customers, answer inquiries, and upsell additional products.
📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
📞 Take phone orders efficiently and accurately.
📞 Address basic billing inquiries with professionalism.
📞 Build strong customer relationships and promote our mission.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience: 2+ years in sales, particularly phone-based roles with a proven track record.
✔️ Skills:
Exceptional communication (Advanced English proficiency).
Customer service and problem-solving expertise.
Reliable, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
✔️ Tech Requirements:
Computer with at least 4GB RAM (Windows/Mac).
Noise-canceling headset and camera.
Stable internet (50 Mbps+) and reliable back up
Quiet, professional workspace.
✔️ Bonus: Knowledge or willingness to learn about golf.
