The Pilgrimage Customer Service Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries about our personalized pilgrimages. This individual will respond to WhatsApp messages promptly, professionally, and with detailed information about the pilgrimages we offer. They will act as a knowledgeable representative of Trinitours, ensuring every interaction enhances the customer experience and fosters trust in our services.

Responsibilities:

Respond to WhatsApp messages from prospective and current customers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide detailed and accurate information about the pilgrimages, including itineraries, costs, inclusions, and booking details.
Be well-versed in the offerings listed on the Trinitours website and confidently guide customers to relevant pages or resources as needed.
Handle customer queries in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding for all inquiries.
Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone to create a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
Keep updated with the latest pilgrimage offerings, schedules, and changes to ensure accurate communication.
Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
Provide feedback to the team on frequently asked questions or common concerns to improve communication materials and website content.
Record and track customer interactions and inquiries for reference and follow-up.
Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Familiarity with Catholic pilgrimages and interest in religious travel is a plus.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate the Trinitours website and tools.
