Singapore requires that at least one Singaporean must be appointed as a director of a new company.

We are looking for a Singaporean to be a nominal director of a new company to be established in Singapore. 

- The company is a Japanese venture.

- The main role will be to lend names for official purposes such as company registration and opening bank accounts.

- The annual remuneration is S$300, with a separate hourly remuneration in the unlikely event of an uptime in dealing with the bank.Please note that this position does not require active involvement in the business. However, the following conditions apply:

- You must be willing to share your residential number and proof of residence with us.

- You must be comfortable with the responsibilities of being a director, albeit nominal.  You do not need to have previous experience as a director in Singapore.
