Predictive Restaurant Menu & Ordering App (Ios & Android) with Payment Gateway Integration

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or software agency to build a mobile ordering and delivery application for our fast-food brand, Twister Fries. The primary objective is to create a seamless, high-conversion user experience, drawing inspiration from leading fast-food apps. The application must incorporate a predictive/smart recommendation system to enhance the average ticket size and support comprehensive online ordering and secure payment processing.

Key Features Required:

Cross-Platform Development: The app needs to be developed from a single codebase, utilizing technologies like Flutter or React Native, to ensure full functionality across both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

Smart ui/ux: a visually appealing, fast, and highly interactive menu interface is essential to effectively showcase our products, combos, and available add-ons, providing an intuitive user journey.

Predictive/Smart Upselling Engine: Implementation of an AI or rule-based recommendation system that intelligently suggests specific products to users. This system should be context-aware, considering factors such as the time of day, items currently in the user's cart, and popular product pairings to maximize upselling opportunities.

Payment Gateway Integration: Secure and reliable integration with prominent Colombian payment processors, including Mercado Pago, PayU, or Wompi. This integration must support various payment methods such as Credit Cards, PSE, Nequi, and Daviplata.

Order Management & Workflow: Development of a straightforward backend administration panel or integration with an existing system to efficiently track order statuses. This includes stages like Received, Preparing, In Transit, and Delivered, applicable for both Takeaway and Delivery orders.

Geolocalisation: Functionality to accurately detect customer locations for delivery services or to guide users to the nearest Twister Fries food truck or trailer location.

Push Notifications: Capability to send automated push notifications for promotional offers, order status updates, and timely reminders to engage users.

We will provide all necessary brand logos, color palettes, visual assets, and the complete menu structure to facilitate the development process.
