We are looking for highly motivated partner recruiters to join our team and develop the Yango Delivery referral program in Bolivia, with a primary focus on the cities of Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Cochabamba. This role is crucial for expanding our network of couriers.
About the Role:
Your main goal will be to identify and attract candidates interested in working as couriers with Yango Delivery. We will provide you with a personalized referral link, and your task will be to distribute and manage it to reach as many suitable candidates as possible.
Sourcing Channels:
You are expected to use a variety of channels for sourcing and engaging candidates, including but not limited to: social media, messaging platforms, local job sites, contextual advertising, and networking. We value creativity and effectiveness in the choice of channels.
Profile We Are Looking For:
Residence in Bolivia: It is an indispensable requirement that candidates reside in the country.
Spanish C1 / Native: An advanced or native command of Spanish is required for effective communication.
English B1: An intermediate level of English is desirable.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact with candidates in a clear and persuasive manner.
High-Volume Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in large-scale recruitment processes will be considered a significant plus.
Results-Oriented: We are looking for professionals with a strong focus on achieving goals and performance metrics.
Once selected, you will receive all the necessary operational information, your personalized link, and the support materials to properly advise candidates.
