We are seeking a professional and discreet mystery shopper to participate in a sales video call with a target company. The primary objective of this assignment is to evaluate their sales process, presentation, and ultimately, to obtain a formal offer and a contract for review. The freelancer will need to act as a genuine prospective client, engaging naturally in the conversation and progressing through the sales funnel until the point where the company presents their offer and provides a contract for signature. The entire video call must be recorded and submitted as a deliverable. Additionally, any contract or proposal documents received during the process must also be provided. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a convincing persona are crucial for this role.
