I’m hiring immediately (May21) for a Marketing Project Manager role for someone that also has META media buying experience & executive assistant experience. The Project Manager role will be a shadow-role helping to handle Slack coms using my profile persona, assign out tasks to my junior media buyer, and more tasks in an ecommerce marketing agency environment. This role will be hourly with a projected need of 20 hours/per week (~4 hours per day). Therefore, appropriate time tracking or reporting of hourly activities will be needed. Also, working in the American EST timezone will be required.
Project Manager roles, responsibilities, duties, & tasks
- Ability to perform Project Management and Executive Assistant job functions without supervision or micro-management
- Seeing problems or areas that can be helped with & proactively helping without needing to be asked
- Daily morning report to myself of pending tasks/projects from the previous day for each client and/or team member
- Communicating client needs quickly to myself & other media buyer on team
- Organizing Jira/Asana/ClickUp tasks for efficiency. Communicating which tasks I need to personally address or that you can address on my behalf
- Using Asana to task out campaign builds to paid media assistant(s)
- Following up with paid media buyer on task/project progression
- Organizing bookmark tabs in efficient easy to categorize each client
- TBD: Analytics of META & Google paid media performance for specific clients on a recurring basis with the use of AI
- Updating spend projections for campaigns in Google Sheets for each client (process already in place)
- Resource & team management for projects I’m overseeing
- Monitoring team communications & escalating to me if action is needed. Creating & organizing ClickUp tasks to help in doing this
- Tracking & documenting daily tasks for your hourly pay
Experience preferred:
- Project Management and/or Executive Assistant of 2+ years (required)
- meta paid media buying, 2+years (strongly preferred)
- google paid media buying experience (a plus, not required)
- analyze paid media with tools such as triplewhale, northbeam, shopify, bigcommerce
- experience with optimizing clickup workflows or similar project management tool
- creating & managing tasks for media buyers (ex. Campaign builds, QA of ad builds, etc.)
- Using ChatGPT or other Ai tools to automate workflows, especially Paid Media data analysis for daily/weekly or other trends
