ZuzuMarketingPro is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specialized in helping auto repair and collision shops grow their business through high-converting websites, Google Ads, lead tracking, and social media content. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Private Project Manager to join our team and help keep everything running smoothly.
Your Role
As our Private Project Manager, you’ll act as the right hand of the agency owner. Your main goal is to make sure all client projects are delivered on time, at a high standard, and with measurable results. You'll collaborate with creative teams, monitor campaign performance, and ensure client follow-ups are handled to drive real business growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts (mainly auto repair shops)
Ensure content (Instagram posts, stories, etc.) Is delivered and published on time
Coordinate with our creative agency to ensure design, copy, and posts meet client standards and deadlines
Monitor lead flow from Google Ads campaigns and ensure client follow-ups are taking place
Follow up with clients (auto body shops) to ensure leads are converting into appointments and sales
Build and optimize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each of our services
Manage and update CRMs (like GoHighLevel or HubSpot) across accounts
Create and maintain weekly performance reports using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
Present key results in client-friendly dashboards: leads generated, Google Ads ROI, Instagram reach, and website traffic
Support the agency owner with task delegation, organization, and growth planning
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in digital marketing operations or account/project management
Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Comfortable using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, PowerPoint
Organized, proactive, and excellent with time management
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
Bonus: experience working with creative teams and/or auto-related businesses
Bonus: familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Trello or other PM tools
