Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the tech or startup sector, preferably in blockchain or DeFi.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
