Property Data Researcher — (Ongoing potential)

Description:
We need a careful, independent researcher to pull property and owner-contact data using iD4me and RP Data, cross-check it between the two, and enter it into our Excel template with exact formatting.

This starts as a paid trial project. If your work is accurate and consistent, it leads to ongoing, regular work.

What the work involves:
Look up property/address lists in our software
Cross-reference each property in another software we give you, to find owner name, phone number(s), and email
Enter everything into our provided Excel template in the exact column format (including cell comments identifying which owner each phone number belongs to)
Leave a field blank rather than guessing or supplementing from other sources (no Google, social media, whitepages, etc.) — Accuracy matters more than completeness
Track progress against a defined list, sector by sector

Compensation:
Paid per verified record, plus a bonus if your records convert into contactable leads for our team
Rate discussed with shortlisted candidates

What we're looking for:
Meticulous, low-error-rate data entry — this feeds directly into outreach, so mistakes cost us real opportunities
Comfortable with a defined process rather than using your own judgment on sourcing
Prior real estate, property data, or lead-gen experience is a plus
