Property Managers

Job Description
We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and self-driven Property Managers to handle the full setup and ongoing management of vacation rental listings. You’ll work remotely and manage properties as part of a supportive and collaborative international team.

Responsibilities
•    Set up and publish listings on Airbnb (Booking.com to follow)
•    Retrieve and organize property details and photos for listing
•    Use the “Approve All Bookings” feature (no direct acceptance/decline)
•    Respond promptly to guest messages and booking requests
•    Update calendars and availability regularly
•    Forward guest booking info (name, email, phone, dates, payment) in PDF format
•    Maintain top-level customer service standards

Requirements
•    Must reside in Europe, USA, Canada, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico
•    Prior experience with Airbnb and/or Booking.com is required
•    Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
•    Reliable internet access and mobile device with the Airbnb app
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings
•    Available for part-time or full-time work
