We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Acquisition and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves direct engagement with motivated sellers, presenting competitive offers, and expertly negotiating terms to secure successful deals. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport quickly over the phone and confidently overcoming seller objections.

Key Responsibilities include:
Engaging proactively with motivated sellers to understand their needs and present compelling offers.
Building strong rapport and establishing trust rapidly during phone interactions.
Negotiating deal terms with confidence and effectively handling seller objections.
Conducting thorough comparable property analysis (comps) utilizing provided tools and training.
Accurately logging all conversations, outcomes, and offer details within our CRM system (familiarity with Podio is a plus).
Ensuring clear and timely communication of deal statuses to internal stakeholders.

Technical & Skill Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps is required.
Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer is necessary.
A quality headset with clear audio and effective noise cancellation is a must.
Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred, with a bonus for Podio experience.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
Basic research capabilities using real estate tools such as Zillow or Propstream.

Sales & Soft Skills:
Demonstrated strong phone presence and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Proven confidence in negotiation and objection handling techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail for accurate CRM updates and note-taking.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
A resilient mindset, able to handle rejection and maintain focus on achieving results.
