Recruitment job for sales chatters in Argentina.

Greetings,

We are a sales chatting agency, we are looking for people from Argentina to join our chatting team.
Your job would be looking for potential candidates for this job.

The requirements are simple:
English speaking, driven and social. We prefer women, but its not a must.
They must be available 6 days a week for 8 hours per day.
Payment is between AR$80.000 and AR$100.000 + a bonus that can be equal to their salary.(Max they can earn between AR$160.000 and AR$200.000.
Base salary depends on which shift they take.

Once we received a prospect, they will go through a training program of max 2 weeks.
At the end of the training program, they will receive a test.
You will get paid per prospect that passes the test.

After the first 5 are done, we will need more people and we can open a new job proposal.
In total we would need about 100 chatters, over the course of the next 2 months.

For now we start with 5 people.
