Remote Admin Assistant – Document & Adobe Support (Argentina Only)

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant from Argentina to help with ongoing admin support and document work. Tasks include:
    •    Filling out PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
    •    Organizing digital files and folders
    •    Preparing documents for e-signatures (Adobe Sign or similar)
    •    Occasional data entry in Google Sheets or Excel
    •    Responding to email follow-ups if needed

Requirements:
    •    Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro (fillable forms, editing PDFs)
    •    Organized and dependable
    •    Basic written English
    •    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    •    Available to work 30–40 hours/week



Preferred:
    •    Previous experience in virtual assistant or admin roles
    •    Familiarity with e-signature platforms (e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign)
    •    Comfortable working in U.S.
