We are a boutique investment banking and capital advisory firm seeking a highly organized and professional Appointment Setter / Executive Assistant to join our team. This remote role combines appointment setting, lead qualification, calendar management, and executive support.

Your primary responsibility will be monitoring inbound opportunities and contacting prospective clients quickly to qualify interest and schedule meetings with our team. You will be communicating with business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor inbound emails, text messages, and lead inquiries
* Contact prospective clients promptly after inquiries are received
* Follow established scripts, SOPs, and qualification processes
* Book qualified appointments onto team calendars
* Follow up with prospects who have not yet scheduled
* Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
* Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks

Requirements:

* Exceptional spoken and written English
* Professional phone presence
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to work North American business hours
* Experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, executive assistance, or similar roles preferred

We are looking for someone professional, responsive, organized, and comfortable speaking with high-level professionals on a daily basis.
