Arnoni Moving, a highly-rated moving and logistics company based in California, is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Bilingual Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with leads and existing clients.
* Effectively sell our comprehensive moving services, highlighting our value as a licensed, insured, and professional moving company.
* Proactively follow up with warm leads and promptly respond to all customer inquiries.
* Utilize our internal CRM and communication systems (full training will be provided).
* Accurately schedule estimates and moving jobs directly.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and friendliness, representing Arnoni Moving's brand.
Requirements:
* Fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Native or fluent in Portuguese.
* Proven experience in sales or phone-based customer service roles.
* Understanding of US-based customer expectations and service standards.
* Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
* Familiarity with RingCentral or other VoIP systems is a plus.
* Availability to work according to the California time zone (PST).
