We are building a professional virtual call center and seeking serious, reliable agents to join our team. If you have experience making high-volume calls, excellent communication skills, and want long-term, consistent work — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for clients (restaurants, e-commerce, SaaS, nonprofits).

Provide excellent customer support with a friendly, professional tone.

Record and track customer interactions accurately.

Follow scripts and processes while adapting to customer needs.

For bilingual candidates: support English + Spanish (or other languages) preferred.

Requirements:

Fluent English speaker (neutral accent; bilingual a plus).

Prior call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience.

Confident making lots of calls daily (outbound + inbound).

Quiet, distraction-free environment (home office setup).

Laptop/desktop computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet required.

Serious and reliable — looking for stable, long-term work.
