We are seeking a proactive, English-speaking Virtual Assistant based in Latin America to handle remote sales outreach for Jimmy John’s catering services, along with light administrative support for our hospitality business and real estate property management. The ideal candidate will contact local businesses to offer catering, follow up on leads, book orders, and provide excellent customer service. Administrative tasks include email management, scheduling, record-keeping, and supporting our property management operations (primarily communication with Spanish-speaking tenants). Candidates must have a clear and neutral accent, be available during Eastern US business hours, and be comfortable working with both English and Spanish speakers. Commission is paid on all sales closed.

Project overview

Rosevine Hospitality operates Jimmy John’s franchise stores and manages a portfolio of over 100 residential units in Richmond, Virginia. We are expanding our outreach to grow our catering business and improve operational efficiency through remote support. This role is approximately 70% sales (focused on catering orders) and 30% general administration. Prior sales or hospitality experience is helpful, but the ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently is most important. You’ll work directly with ownership and support both our hospitality and property management activities. Long-term potential for high performers.
