We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Appointment Setters, and Closers to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker with a proven track record in outbound B2B calls, specifically targeting the LATAM market. This is a 100% remote position offering competitive high commissions and additional performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients in the LATAM region.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, setting appointments for the sales team.
- Successfully close sales deals and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Must be a native Spanish speaker, preferably based in the LATAM region.
- Previous experience in a similar role (SDR, Closer, or Appointment Setter) is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B sales.
- Experience in SaaS or consultative sales is a significant advantage.
- Possess a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
- Availability to work within gmt-6 to gmt-3 time zones is preferred.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be required to complete a roleplay test and a 1-week paid trial period to assess their skills and fit within our team.
