Remote Smb Retail Research Project: Gmail Feature Testing & Feedback (Mexico-based)

We are seeking dedicated freelancers based in Mexico who are native Spanish speakers with strong English communication skills to participate in a remote SMB retail research project. This initiative focuses on gathering valuable insights into user experience with selected Gmail features.

Selected participants will be responsible for testing specific Gmail functionalities, meticulously following provided instructions, and sharing structured feedback regarding their user experience. The work is entirely remote and requires approximately 4 hours of availability per week.

Ideal candidates should regularly use Gmail, be comfortable with Google Workspace tools, and preferably possess experience in retail, e-commerce, customer service, sales, administration, or small business operations.
