Sales Appointment Setter for Fast-Growing Residential Plumbing Company (Remote, Latam)

Mother Plumbing, a rapidly expanding residential plumbing company based in Texas, is seeking a highly motivated and English-fluent Sales Appointment Setter. This remote, full-time position requires a professional with proven sales and appointment setting experience in home services environments. Candidates must possess C1/C2 level English proficiency to effectively communicate with clients. The ideal candidate will be self-managed, reliable in a remote work environment, and demonstrate high standards with an ownership mentality.

Responsibilities include:
* Proactively setting appointments with potential customers.
* Representing the company brand with professionalism and excellent communication.
* Contributing to market expansion efforts.

We are specifically looking for candidates available for night shifts and weekends. Our operations run Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and saturdays and sundays from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
