I run a construction and 3D-visualisation studio in India. We specialise in turning 2D architectural plans into photorealistic 3D walkthroughs, renders, and videos. The service already sells well in India now I’m looking to expand into Australia and New Zealand. I don’t just need leads. I need paying clients. That means I’m looking for a freelance partner who can get our offer in front of the right decision-makers and help close deals. Here’s what I’m looking for: A clean, up-to-date list of builders, developers, and construction firms across au/nz who could benefit from outsourcing 3d plan conversions. Verified contact details for owners, estimating managers, BIM leads, or marketing heads (emails, direct phones, LinkedIn URLs) with bounce rate under 5%. A proven outreach process (LinkedIn + email + calls) with messaging, cadence, and CTA that highlight our key strengths: 48–72 hr turnaround Competitive pricing Autodesk 3ds Max / V-Ray / Revit workflow Time-zone overlap for smooth communication Commission-based incentive: You’ll earn a percentage for every client you help us close, on top of your setup fee. If you can handle the first wave of outreach and appointment-setting, even better mention it in your proposal. Acceptance criteria: Minimum 100 qualified contacts split between Australia and New Zealand. Accurate data + ready-to-send copy. First draft list in 3 days, final deliverables in 1 week. At least one warm conversation booked with a qualified client during the pilot week. What to include in your proposal: Examples of similar lead-gen or sales work you’ve done in construction, architecture, or visualisation services. Tools you use (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Skrapp, ZoomInfo). Your approach to closing, not just lead sourcing. This is a chance to work on a performance-driven, commission-backed project where results are rewarded directly.
