We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Representative - Intake Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote position focused on engaging with warm leads to guide them through our intake process and successfully onboard new clients for our U.S. Law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with interested prospects to understand their needs.
* Conduct thorough intake interviews and assess case eligibility based on established criteria.
* Build strong rapport and foster trust with potential clients.
* Clearly present our legal services and effectively close new client agreements.
* Perform consistent follow-up with warm leads to ensure progression through the sales funnel.
* Accurately document all client interactions and information within our systems.

Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, warm calling, or client intake roles.
* Demonstrated strong closing abilities and excellent communication skills.
* Must be persistent, highly organized, and goal-driven.
* Proven ability to quickly connect and build rapport with clients.
* Availability to work a consistent schedule from 9 am to 6 pm california (pacific time).
* Previous legal experience is considered a significant advantage.
