Saudi Arabia–Based Lead Generation Freelancer (English & Arabic) for Manpower Recruitment

We are an international manpower recruitment company supplying professional, skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers to the Middle East, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a freelancer based in Saudi Arabia to support our business development through lead generation and outbound calling. Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads for manpower and recruitment services. Make outbound calls to companies, contractors, HR departments, and decision-makers. Professionally introduce recruitment and manpower supply services. Identify hiring needs and upcoming manpower requirements. Collect and share accurate contact details and client requirements. Conduct basic follow-ups when needed. Requirements: Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia. Fluent in English and Arabic. Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation. Knowledge of manpower supply, recruitment, or construction industry is preferred. Strong communication skills and confident phone manner. Project Details: Freelance / Part-time.
