Your primary task will involve submitting a request (link and instructions will be provided) and then being prepared to receive a call. During the call, you will need to ask a specific set of questions that we will provide. If the task requires purchasing any product, the full cost will be reimbursed by us.

A crucial part of this project is to provide an accurate transcription of the entire call in English. You are welcome to utilize any ai-powered voice-to-text tools to expedite the transcription process, but it is essential that you meticulously review and verify the transcription for accuracy before submission, as ai tools may introduce errors. Please note that a German version of the call transcription is not required. We need a reliable and precise record of the interaction to assess our service quality.
