Seeking Software Engineers for Ai Training Data Project (Remote / Freelance)

Project Overview

We are looking for experienced software engineers to support an AI training data project. The work involves analyzing real-world codebases and contributing to the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated outputs.

Key Responsibilities
- Create Dockerfiles to package applications and manage dependencies 
- Develop Bash/Python scripts for workflow automation 
- Review and analyze code changes (e.g. Patches, pull requests) 
- Explore repositories to identify core logic and structure 
- Design evaluation criteria to assess AI model performance

Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in software engineering or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience working with APIs, services, or production systems
- Familiarity with Git, CLI tools, and scripting
- Basic knowledge of Docker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with code reviews, debugging, or optimization
- Experience in collaborative development environments

Selection Process
