Senior Ai Automation Developer – Chatbot, N8n & Crm Integration

I am looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build an AI-powered chatbot and automated lead management system for a U.S.-Based business.

The main goal is to create an end-to-end workflow:

Customer → AI Chatbot → Lead Qualification → CRM → Automated Follow-up → Appointment Booking → CRM Update

The AI chatbot should communicate with customers, answer common questions, collect lead information, qualify potential customers, and automatically trigger the appropriate workflow.

The freelancer will be responsible for:

- Building an AI-powered customer chatbot
- Integrating Openai or another llm via api
- building automation workflows using n8n
- connecting the chatbot with our crm
- automatically capturing and qualifying leads
- automating email/sms follow-ups
- automating appointment booking
- connecting external apis and webhooks
- adding error handling and logging
- testing the complete system
- providing basic documentation

required experience:
n8n, openai api/llms, ai chatbots, rest apis, webhooks, crm integrations, and workflow automation.

The final result should be a functional and scalable system where customer conversations, lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment booking, and CRM updates are largely automated.
