Senior Sqa Engineer for Manual and Automation Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQA Engineer to lead and manage both manual and automation testing efforts for our diverse platforms. This role is critical for ensuring the speed, accuracy, and reliability of our systems in a dynamic, client-driven environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to uphold the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for API, web, and mobile testing.
- Plan, create, and execute comprehensive test cases for new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
- Integrate automated tests seamlessly into ci/cd pipelines to facilitate continuous quality validation.
- Efficiently identify, log, and track defects, providing clear and reproducible steps for resolution.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure prompt and effective defect resolution.
- Conduct various types of testing, including performance, security, and regression testing, to ensure system integrity and stability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies to optimize testing cycles and enhance overall reliability.

Required Skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a proven track record in both automation and manual testing.
- Expertise in industry-standard automation tools such as Selenium.
- Demonstrated experience in API testing, utilizing tools like Postman or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong understanding of core QA methodologies, various testing types, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ci/cd integration for automated testing workflows.
- Extensive experience in manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in testing high-availability, large-scale, and complex systems.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
- Exposure to security and compliance testing standards (e.g., iso 27001, soc 2, gdpr).
- Experience with testing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)-driven products.
- Relevant QA-related certifications are considered a significant advantage.
