We are seeking a dedicated Shopify Email Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries and order-related emails. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer emails, handling order tracking, order issues, and general inquiries. You will be provided with a detailed response guide but must also be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

Project overview

Our company operates an e-commerce store and requires a customer service representative with a Shopify Collaborator Account to ensure seamless email management. You must be available at least 5 days a week, speak and write fluent/formal English, and have an active WhatsApp account for internal communication.
