We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Short Terms Rentals Management Assistant based in Brazil to help manage our short-term rental properties in Brazil and in the US. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have experience in customer service, property management, or hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and communication
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams
Monitor pricing and occupancy rates
Assist with listing updates and reviews
Provide excellent customer support to ensure 5-star experiences
Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals (preferred)
Reliable internet connection for remote work
