Skilled Assistant Needed for Handwritten Direct Mail Campaign (50 Letters)

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented assistant to execute a direct mail campaign. The primary task involves meticulously handwriting 50 short sales letters, addressing corresponding envelopes, and ensuring their timely mailing via USPS First Class. This project requires exceptional penmanship and a strong commitment to accuracy. We are specifically looking for candidates located in the United States.

Responsibilities include:
*  Handwriting 50 individual sales letters, each approximately 150-180 words long.
*  Accurately addressing 50 envelopes based on provided data.
*  Affixing "Forever" stamps to each envelope.
*  Dropping the completed mailers at a USPS facility.

Requirements:
*  Must possess neat, professional, and legible handwriting, either cursive or print, using blue ink.
*  High attention to detail for precise copying of names and addresses.
*  Ability to procure standard envelopes, high-quality white paper, and "Forever" stamps. These material costs will be covered by us, either through reimbursement or inclusion in the project bid.

Project Workflow:
1.  We will provide a Google Sheet containing 50 names, addresses, and the full letter text.
2.  The assistant will handwrite one test letter and submit a photo for approval.
3.  Upon approval, the assistant will proceed to write the remaining letters, send a picture of each one for approval, stuff the envelopes, and apply stamps.
4.  Prior to mailing, a photo of the stacked, stamped envelopes must be sent as proof of completion.

Budget:
Please submit your fixed price specifically for the labor involved in writing and preparing the 50 letters. Kindly specify if your bid includes the cost of materials (stamps and stationery) or if these will be reimbursed separately.
