Software Developer Talent Sourcer / Recruiting Partner

We are a growing team working with software development opportunities in the United States and are looking for recruiters, talent sourcers, and staffing professionals who can introduce qualified candidates.

The most important requirement is strong English communication skills. Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and confidently in professional conversations and interviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to participate confidently in interviews
• Software development background or at least basic knowledge of software development concepts
• Familiarity with modern software technologies is a plus
• Interest in pursuing full-time remote opportunities

Your Responsibilities:
• Source and introduce qualified candidates
• Verify English communication ability and professional background
• Ensure candidates meet our basic requirements before referral
• Support the candidate introduction process

Compensation:
• $100 for each candidate successfully selected by our team
