Spanish-Speaking Sales Assistant for Us Truck Sales on Facebook

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Spanish-speaking Sales Assistant to manage truck sales primarily through Facebook Marketplace and Facebook groups in the U.S. This is a crucial sales role, not just an administrative posting task, focused on generating leads and closing sales for our truck inventory. The ideal candidate will be a fast responder with a strong sales mindset. Responsibilities include: Daily posting of available trucks on Facebook Marketplace. Actively engaging and posting within relevant trucking Facebook groups across the USA. Responding promptly and efficiently to all messages and comments from potential buyers. Communicating effectively with buyers in Spanish, as approximately 90% of leads will be Spanish-speaking. Providing detailed truck information, including pricing, specifications, and basic financing options. Qualifying serious buyers to streamline the sales process. Scheduling visits for interested buyers at our location in Perris, CA. Requirements: Native or fluent Spanish proficiency is absolutely required for this role. Basic English communication skills. Proven experience utilizing Facebook Marketplace and Facebook groups for sales or lead generation. Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast response time to inquiries. A strong sales-oriented approach, moving beyond simple administrative tasks to actively drive sales.
